CAAM Celebrates Black History Month!

In honor of Black History Month our CAAM students will be taking some time to discuss the Civil Rights Movement as it pertains to filmmaking.  The kids are already excited about their new favorite African American directors including Ava DuVernay (“Selma) to Ryan Coogler (“Creed”) and Nate Parker (“Birth of a Nation”).   Our CAAM students look up to you as leaders to continue developing a more diverse and exciting era in filmmaking!

CAAM student, Kai Andrews, pays tribute to our heroes of the continuing Civil Rights Movement in his beautiful film “M.L.K.”.  Enjoy!
